Often you think Italian, you immediately think boring pizza and pasta. Not at Zucca. Yes they do pasta, but they do it SO well. We could have eaten their venison ragu pasta all day. Their zucca fritta (butternut squash tempura) was crisp on the outside and juicy in the middle. Seabass carpaccio was fresh and zingy. Much to our delight and surprise, with such great food, Zucca was also super baby friendly. High chairs and baby change facilities. Plus the room is bright and spacious. Another bonus, a great bread basket selection to keep a teething baby quiet. Overall, a lovely experience.

Hutong (At the Shard)

Location: London Bridge

Cuisine: Chinese

Price Range: £££

LFM Score: 5/5

Bebe Friendly Score: 1/3

Although there are many Chinese restaurants in London serving food as great at Hutong, you go here for the views to impress your guests (but you pay the price).  Excellent tasting menu and dim sum, one of the best roast ducks we’ve ever sampled. Low bebe score as although there are the facilities, Hutong is a bit chic and sophisticated to take a messy baba.
